God created us for Himself
We are not accidents or self-made. God is Creator, holy and good, and we were made to know Him and live under His loving rule.

Know Jesus
Christianity begins with what God has done—not with what we can do to impress Him. Here is the message at the center of The Lost & Found Project.
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost.” Luke 19:10
The good news
We are not accidents or self-made. God is Creator, holy and good, and we were made to know Him and live under His loving rule.
Genesis 1:27 · Acts 17:24–28
Every one of us has sinned. Sin is more than mistakes; it is our rebellion against God, and its consequence is death. We cannot repair that separation by becoming religious enough or good enough.
Romans 3:23 · Romans 6:23 · Isaiah 59:2
God did not leave us without hope. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, became man, lived without sin, and gave His life on the cross. He bore sin's judgment in the place of sinners.
John 3:16–17 · Romans 5:8 · 1 Peter 2:24
The cross was not the end. Jesus was buried and raised on the third day. His resurrection is central to the Gospel and declares His victory over sin and death.
1 Corinthians 15:3–4 · Luke 24:5–7
We are saved by grace through faith—not by earning God's acceptance. Scripture calls us to repent and believe the Gospel: turning from sin and trusting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Ephesians 2:8–9 · Mark 1:15 · Romans 10:9–13
Coming to Christ is not adding a religious activity to an unchanged life. In Christ we are made new, brought into God's family, and called to learn His Word, obey Him, love others, and walk with Him.
2 Corinthians 5:17 · John 14:15 · Acts 2:42
How do I respond?
You do not need a special formula or perfect words. Come honestly to God. Acknowledge your sin and your need for His mercy. Turn from ruling your own life. Trust that Jesus died and rose again, and place your confidence in Him rather than yourself.
Prayer does not save by the quality of its wording—Jesus saves. You can speak to Him plainly: confess what is true, ask for mercy, tell Him you are trusting Him, and ask Him to lead your life.
You do not have to walk alone
Questions are welcome. L&F can help you open Scripture, pray, find Christian community, and begin learning what it means to follow Jesus. We want to teach and point you to Christ, not make decisions for you.
